The Department of Housing and the Seychelles Investment Board (SIB) have issued an invitation to tender for the provision of restaurant services at Independence House on Mahé. The tender calls for operators to run a restaurant, café, takeaway and catering service at the premises.
The opportunity is open to Seychellois citizens and companies with 100% Seychellois shareholding. Applicants must not hold an existing commercial lease with entities of the Seychelles Government.
Interested parties may collect tender documents on Tuesday, 24 February 2026, between 8:30am and 3:00pm. Documents will be available at the Seychelles Investment Board, Second Floor, Independence House Annex. The deadline for collecting tender documents is Tuesday, 10 March 2026, at 3:00pm.
Applicants must attend one mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Thursday, 12 March 2026, at 10:00am. The meeting will take place at Independence House Building, Room 201, Second Floor, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles.
Tender bids must be submitted no later than Thursday, 9 April 2026, before 10:00am. Applicants must deposit sealed envelopes at the National Tender Board, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles.
Applicants will bear all costs associated with preparing and submitting their tenders. SIB stated it will not be responsible or liable for those costs.
SIB may extend the submission deadline by issuing an addendum. In that case, all rights and obligations will apply to the revised deadline.
