The discussion took place on Friday 26 December 2025, when the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Wendy Didon, presented the 2025 election Report to the Speaker. The report is based on the Conduct of the 2025 Presidential and National Assembly Elections to the Speaker.

It also includes recommendations aimed at ensuring fair and effective elections in the future.
During the meeting, Mrs Didon explained the significance of the report and the findings of the Electoral Commission. She also outlined how information is gathered from various stakeholders to support the formulation of recommendations.
Speaker Ernesta thanked the Chairperson, the Chief Electoral Officer and the Electoral Commission for their work in producing the report.
