Both appointments will take effect from 20 December 2025.

According to the company, he has been involved in strengthening commercial operations, improving fleet management, and supporting reforms aimed at maintaining competitiveness.
The Board said his experience in both local and international energy markets positions him to lead the company as it focuses on operational modernisation.
Mrs Gobine has held several technical and administrative roles within SEYPEC. The Board said she has contributed to the development of corporate governance practices, operational planning, and organisational performance systems.
Her appointment, the Board added, is intended to support continuity and stability within the executive leadership.
The Board said the appointments were made in consultation with the Minister responsible for Finance and the President of the Republic, in line with the Public Enterprises Act 2023.
SEYPEC also acknowledged the outgoing Chief Executive Officer, Mrs Sarah Romain, and thanked her for her service and contributions during her tenure.
