A key moment of the evening was the presentation of the Minister’s Award to HH Casava Farm. The award recognised a business that goes beyond its core offering and reflects values such as innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainability, community outreach and quality service.

HH Casava Farm provides visitors with a farm-to-table experience, growing cassava and producing the traditional cassava biscuit known locally as galet.

In her closing remarks, the Principal Secretary for Tourism, Shereen Francis, launched the 5th edition of the Lospitalite Lafyerte Sesel Service Excellence Award for 2026 and encouraged businesses to take part.
